About The Role
Based in our Global HQ on Baker Street, this newly created role provides high level administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Senior Partner & Group Chair, working closely with the Chief Financial Officer. The position plays a central role in enabling effective executive operations and administration. Confidentiality is crucial to this role.
Key Responsibilities
Organise complex UK and international travel for the Chief Financial Officer, including visa management and detailed itineraries involving global teams.
Coordinate the Chief Financial Officer’s annual “Diary” ensuring the accurate scheduling of all key meetings, ensuring the timely collation of papers as appropriate.
Manage the longservice award programme, working with HR and the Senior Executive Assistant to organise gifts and long service events.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Chief Financial Officer’s direct reports and external partners, serving as the primary point of contact for information flow between the Chief Financial Officers and the wider Knight Frank Group.
Support the Senior Executive Assistant in the planning and delivery of major events, including Proprietary Partners’ conferences, Board strategy sessions and client entertainment. Responsibilities include sourcing venues and coordinating logistical arrangements.
Support with project work and research as required by the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Assistant.
Support with the maintenance of Proprietary Partner and Annuitant data sheets
Work closely with the finance team to ensure the Chief Financial Officer is prepared for upcoming commitments.
Experience & Skills Required
At least 3 years’ as Personal Assistant / executive support experience, operating as a seamless extension of executive leadership. Experience in supporting Financial Leadership and CFO would be advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High level of IT proficiency, particularly within Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of an organisation, working closely with both the CFO and Executive Office. The role requires shared cover arrangements during periods of leave.
Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities with internal teams, stakeholders, and external contacts, including the ability to provide relevant business insights to the Senior Partner.
Ability to manage enquiries independently, prioritising effectively and redirecting matters appropriately.
Commercial awareness and sound judgement, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Partner and the Group Executive Board.
Solid financial awareness and understanding of budgeting principles.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflictmanagement skills.
A proactive, selfmotivated approach and strong work ethic.
