Your background demonstrates not only technical proficiency but also an empathetic approach that fosters trust among colleagues. You thrive in environments where teamwork is valued above hierarchy; your natural ability to connect with others helps create an atmosphere where everyone feels supported. Your calm demeanour under pressure allows you to handle competing demands without sacrificing quality or accuracy. In addition to your core administrative capabilities—including diary management, document preparation, event coordination—you possess strong judgement when handling sensitive matters. Your willingness to share knowledge openly contributes positively to team morale while your attention to process improvement ensures continued operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in a large corporate or financial services environment is essential for this role.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy under pressure are required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for preparing professional correspondence and interacting confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

  • A high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information is vital for success in this position.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is expected; familiarity with virtual meeting platforms is advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal skills are needed to build positive relationships across diverse teams within an inclusive workplace culture.

  • A collaborative approach combined with dependability ensures you can work effectively both independently and as part of a wider network.

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities enable you to anticipate challenges before they arise and suggest practical solutions that improve efficiency or service quality.
