About the role 

As our Performance Media Manager, you will: 

  • Manage large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising networks.

  • Optimise PPC campaign performance, including bid management, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.

  • Define and execute comprehensive digital media strategies across various channels including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, OLV, OTT, and others. 

  • Collaborate with agency teams to ensure meticulous tracking, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and optimisation to meet evolving business objectives. 

  • Provide strategic insights on planning, budgeting, and data-driven optimisations, guiding markets and collaborating with in-market teams for integrated digital campaigns. 

  • Foster relationships with global media partners and spearhead initiatives for continuous testing and learning. 

  • Establish robust relationships with local market teams to identify shared opportunities and address ongoing local media performance issues. 

  • Lead the strategies to acquire and retain customers on the Dyson's website, optimising paid media traffic and revenue while maintaining cost-efficient CPA and target ROAS. 

  • Plan and manage large media budgets to meet performance, engagement, and sales targets, continuously testing creative, placements, channels, audiences, bidding, and optimisation strategies. 

  • Provide data analysis and insights to support the team in developing quarterly business reviews and manage performance media executives. 

  • Stay informed of the latest digital media trends and drive best-in-class market execution, focusing on ongoing improvements to push sales through digital channels. 

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have: 

  • Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising networks.

  • Extensive digital media expertise: at least four years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and analytics, with agency experience preferred. 

  • Channel proficiency: Expertise in various digital media channels including Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social, OLV, OTT, and others. 

  • Demonstrated success in budget management and performance forecasting.

  • Experience & in-depth knowledge of Marketing Mix Methodologies.

  • Tool proficiency: Proficient in ad accounts such as Display & Video 360, Search Ads 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads manager, and TikTok Ads manager. 

  • Analytics proficiency: Deep knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Google Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics. 

  • Data visualisation and storytelling: Ability to visualise data, tell compelling stories, and make data-driven optimisation decisions drawing actionable insights and reporting ROI.

  • Effective communication: Adept at articulating complex technical requirements to diverse audiences and presenting on strategies, learnings, insights, and growth opportunities. 

  • Have a deep understanding of keyword research, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation.

  • International background: Experience in working in international environments, preferably in fast-paced, collaborative environments. 

  • Stakeholder management: Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across global, regional, and local markets, as well as with global media partners.
