As BMW Group Europe evolves to a direct-to-consumer sales model, data-driven cross-channel media planning, will take on an increasingly important and strategic role in their business. Our planning capabilities reflect the client’s operating structure: campaign planning at a regional level; integrated planning in market, and in-channel performance planning expertise in a regional hub. This role is a key connector between these three entities, providing best-in-class performance planning guidance for markets, connecting measurement and experimentation programs with our Scaled Activation Team’s best practice, and supporting central strategists on the development of full funnel campaigns.
