Description

At Plum, we're on a mission to maximise wealth for all. We’re making saving money effortless and turning investing into something everyone can do.

Our journey began back in 2017, when we became one of the first to use artificial intelligence and automation to simplify personal finance. Fast forward to today, and we've already helped people set aside over £2 billion across 10 European markets.

Named among the UK's fastest-growing fintechs in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50, our success is down to the passion and dedication of our diverse team. Based in our London, Athens and Nicosia offices, 180+ talented people work together to empower people to do more with their money. And now, the team is growing!

The Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in performance and data-driven marketing. In this role, you will lead and optimise our paid social channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok or Reddit across all our 10 markets. Your primary goal will be to maximise ROI while attracting high-quality customers. You will also be expected to open new performance channel opportunities to scale our customer acquisition further.

What You Will Do:

  • Own, execute and optimise the performance of paid social channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok or Reddit across all our markets.
  • Track and analyse performance across your performance channels, delivering comprehensive reports and actionable insights to scale your channels further.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative studio and local creative agencies to develop impactful ad creatives and marketing content that align with the needs and preferences of our target audience.
  • Conduct and manage A/B testing to assess campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Support the approval process for new ads, ensuring all materials comply with regulatory standards.
  • Stay in touch on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Partner with product, data, and creative teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

What We Look For:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a demonstrated ability to scale customer acquisition for mobile apps through paid social campaigns.
  • Experience in B2C environments with a focus on customer growth and engagement.
  • Experience managing large single-market (GB, FR, DE, ES, IT) or multi-market (Europe) marketing initiatives.
  • A self-starter with a passion for hitting performance targets, continuously learning, and experimenting with new strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in working with data models and conducting data analysis. SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • A natural curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring different user cohorts, with the ability to understand and enhance their product experience.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all copy and design elements are thoroughly reviewed and align with brand standards.
