WHO YOU ARE

A driven and curious young professional interested in performance marketing or a relevant field. Someone that loves leveraging data to drive marketing decisions, experimenting with new growth tactics, and writing ads copies.

In this role, you will need to be extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with various digital ad platforms. You will work to optimize digital campaigns across various channels, write ads and landing page copy, analyze performance data, and help refine strategies to maximize ROI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics. WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

We are a small, highly diverse, close-knit team of Qogitians. The Growth team is a key part of the company's success; the team is building out innovative marketing strategies and a one-of-a-kind internal environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve ad targeting and campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.

  • Support in A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to enhance performance.

  • Help manage budgets and track expenses to ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising, marketing technology, and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Basic Google Ads certifications (could be as part of university degree)

  • Familiarity with various ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

  • Proficient in Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
