THE TEAM

Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a highly motivated and data-oriented Performance Marketing Executive (Social) to join the International Marketing team.

Our mission is to grow Ticketmaster’s EMEA, APAC & LATAM business by delivering efficient and creative solutions to all 30+ markets we support. As Performance Marketing Executive (Social) you will be at the forefront of this exciting new phase of our journey, working closely with your line manager to deliver results while broadening and deepening your skill set; all to make sure fans around the world find the tickets they are looking for and clients receive the highest return on their investment with us.

THE JOB

Reporting into our Performance Marketing Manager (Social & Programmatic), you will own paid social campaign execution and performance across our international markets.

You’ll be a member of a dynamic, international team while working for one of the biggest names in live entertainment.

You will maintain strong working relationships with the broader international team, local market stakeholders around the world as well as our platform partners.

You will be the hands-on expert when it comes to the campaign creation, optimisation, measurement and reporting of Paid Social; constantly informing best practice and strategies to drive better efficiency and scalability.

You will be supporting the team with client Programmatic campaign execution (banner and video ads), learning this skill set as you go.

To be successful in this role you should have excellent communication skills, data-driven decision-making skills and strong attention to detail. You will be challenged to propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices for campaigns and the teams.

You’ll get to see your campaigns live across 30+ different countries, reaching more than 50 million fans a year, whilst enjoying a great and supportive working environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Hands-on day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across EMEA, APAC & LATAM
  • Independently improve our use of campaign automation and run smarter, more effective campaigns
  • Support programmatic campaign execution (banner & video) across 30+ markets that deliver on performance targets.
  • Leverage AI to improve our campaign performance, reporting, testing roadmap and to find optimisation opportunities in your campaigns.
  • Own weekly programmatic reporting against commercial objectives within the team, with monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Regularly conducting hygiene checks and account maintenance to protect performance.
  • Drive a rigorous testing and optimisation culture, implementing a framework to continuously drive incremental campaign impact and identify areas of opportunity
  • Monitor competitor and industry trends to inform investment, including emerging channels and measurement changes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Hands-on experience executing, optimising and reporting on paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager or TikTok Business Manager.
  • Experience using product feeds to automate paid social campaigns
  • Previously worked on medium to big paid media budgets with a strong record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision making
  • Strong project management and time management skills, ability to respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability when dealing with large data sets (preferred tools: Google Analytics, Excel, DOMO…).
  • Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired Requirements

  • Experience with Programmatic tools (incl. Campaign Manager and DV360 or The Tradedesk) or Google Display Network / YouTube campaigns.
  • Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries with large inventory.
  • Meta Certification a plus

YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

  • You have strong paid social experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills - you will be the go-to person for campaign and channel insight.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, with various teams around the world, where you can continue to improve and progress your marketing knowledge of paid social and analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills are a prerequisite for success. Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated individual
  • Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines
