Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the marketing owner for all performance and paid media analytics and reporting, blending ad platform data with internal analytics and dashboarding tools.
- Produce and maintain all digital marketing reports to a high standard, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Paid Media team, including automating, iterating, and improving reporting and measurement capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with mar-tech on all tag and pixel implementation and ad tracking across web and attribution tracking for the app.
- Produce and maintain bespoke weekly and monthly reporting and insights for the UK banking and investment marketing teams.
- Work closely with the media marketing director and decision science team to deliver regular updates to media mix modeling and other advanced attribution projects.
- Develop forecasting tools for marketing performance and spend, providing insights around audience targeting segmentation strategies.
- Manage marketing data and measurement initiatives, working with internal stakeholders such as marketing technology, data, and decision science teams.
- Stay updated with market developments that may impact channel performance or attribution, understanding the controls and compliance of operating within Financial Services.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within retail banking/fin-tech or digital-first organizations. Experience in a regulated industry is helpful.
- Highly analytical, with a focus on driving efficiencies across all marketing KPIs, and an expert in using marketing analytics tools with the ability to simplify complex data.
- BA/BS degree, ideally in marketing, applied mathematics/statistics, or business-related fields.
- A passionate, curious, and ambitious marketing data professional with excellent attention to detail, who enjoys working with large sets of marketing data in a fast-paced, target-driven organization, understanding how marketing data can drive business growth.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and advertising platforms and their integration.
- Bias towards action and a strong can-do attitude to achieve results and overcome obstacles quickly.
- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and a confident presenter. A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with advanced attribution projects and media mix modeling.
- Familiarity with audience targeting segmentation strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance and controls within Financial Services.
