We are looking for a Performance & Insights Analyst to join our team.
The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.
About the role
This role provides the core performance foundation and governance control for our provider relationships, serving as the vital bridge that converts data into business action and organizational strategy. You will be responsible for driving transparency and accountability by building predictive forecasts and owning benchmarking efforts, providing the necessary context and foresight to guide informed discussions and actionable plans. By consolidating performance metrics and managing compliance, you directly enable effective, data-driven decisions and ensure the necessary alignment across the provider ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Strategic Insights: Identify key trends, risks, and opportunities within provider performance data. Generate insights that inform strategic decisions and strengthen provider relationships.

Financial Reconciliation & Alignment: Own the end-to-end reconciliation of provider invoices, performance-based payments, and credits against contracts and SLAs. Flag discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Contract Follow-up & Compliance: Track, interpret, and translate complex provider agreements into actionable operational steps, ensuring compliance with contracts and generating strategic insights to guide provider performance and decision-making.

Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Build and maintain forward-looking forecasts and scenario simulations. Anticipate performance trends, risks, and resource needs to support proactive decision-making and planning.

Benchmarking & Contextual Analysis: Take ownership for benchmarking by comparing provider performance internally and externally, providing context to guide strategic discussions.

Risk Identification & Proactive Management: Detect trends, emerging issues, and opportunities, providing recommendations that enable stakeholders to proactively manage risks and optimize provider outcomes.

Governance Enablement: Assist in preparing materials, tracking critical action items, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure governance forums run smoothly, are outcome-driven, and support cross-functional alignment.

Data Consolidation & Reporting: Collect, integrate, and report performance metrics, KPIs, and SLA compliance to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience working with KPI´s
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical working style
  • Strong communication skills – able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities from performance data
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Background in travel, airline, OTA, or platform-based business
