Role Summary and Impact
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Performance Executive to join our OpenDoor team in London. This role is ideal for someone keen to develop hands-on experience supporting the RMI (Reputation, Marketing and Insights) team across online and offline channels across EMEA.
You will support the delivery of high-quality, performance-led marketing activity, ensuring campaigns and outputs are executed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed best practices. You will work closely with senior performance leads, regional teams, and key partners, including Amazon, to support consistent execution, operational governance, and reporting excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management:
- Support the implementation, ongoing management, and daily optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels
- Collaborate with the team for end-to-end setup of campaigns across relevant platforms
- Ensure regular QA checks are completed to maintain defined best practice standards
- Work closely with performance teams to ensure taxonomy compliance and maintain consistent naming conventions across campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, troubleshooting and optimising activity to improve results
- Assist in producing weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel, and support client calls to present results
- Write performance commentary delivering valuable insight and actionable recommendations
- Contribute to end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects
Client & Partner Management
- Complete client reporting and analyse campaign results, extracting insights and providing recommendations
- Identify optimisation opportunities and support revenue growth through excellent results
- Build strong working relationships with media partners, including Google, Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest, and others
- Attend internal and external training to develop platform and marketplace knowledge
Operational Excellence
- Use tools effectively to drive accountability, operational efficiency, and actionable business insights
- Ensure financial accuracy and adherence to best practices in billing and processes
- Maintain standards and process throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
- Develop close working relationships with internal teams such as ad trafficking team and the reporting team.
