About the Role

At TravelPerk, we’re gearing up for an exciting new phase of growth and reimagining how we support and engage our people. As our People Tools & Systems Manager, you’ll lead the optimisation of our tech stack, drive innovation, and ensure an exceptional employee experience at every stage. Reporting to the VP of People, this is a senior individual contributor role, and you’ll be pivotal in shaping a forward-thinking, tech-driven People team.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and Optimise the People Tech Stack: Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing management of HR systems, including HiBob, Greenhouse, CultureAmp, Udemy, Notion, and Looker.
  • Champion Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with the People team and stakeholders to ensure accurate collection, management, and reporting of HR data. 
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for automation and simplification to transform key processes like recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with external providers to ensure we get the best tools, support, and value for our investment in HR technologies. Lead RFP processes when exploring new solutions.
  • User Training and Support: Empower employees to navigate People tools effectively, creating a culture where everyone has the resources they need to succeed.
  • Ensure Compliance and Security: Ensure our People Systems comply with legal and data protection requirements. Partner with IT to maintain high security standards and protect employee information.
  • Lead System Upgrades & Rollouts: Oversee the implementation of new systems or upgrades, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and rollout.
  • Manage M&A Integrations: Lead the integration of HRIS systems during mergers and acquisitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration, systems consolidation, and integration of employee records and processes.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • HR Systems Expertise: Proven experience managing HRIS and related tools. Expertise in system integrations, process automation, and managing data across multiple platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Experience with reporting tools like Looker is a plus.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A talent for troubleshooting system issues and implementing innovative solutions to optimize processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly language for non-technical teams.
