Working arrangements
This role is 37 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm. The position is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week in our Lewes office.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
What you’ll need for the role:
- Previous experience working in an HR or People Services team
- Knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR and best HR practices
- Experience in HR systems including HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems platforms (LMS).
- Knowledge of Recruitment lifecycle, onboarding compliance, and employment checks.
What would be nice:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it)
