As a member of the People Relations Area of Practice within the Integrated Workforce Strategy Chapter of People & Culture, the PR Partner for Switzerland fosters trusted partnerships by balancing employee experience and company interests, contributing to a positive work environment during key moments. This role focuses on balancing value creation and protection through a Creative Leadership mindset. You will handle complex labor and employment issues, provide guidance to P&C colleagues, and collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams. By strategically focusing and working in partnership with P&C and business squads, you will foster trust and ensure fair and consistent people practices, thereby enhancing employee experiences at Roche.

Deep expertise in people relations and Swiss labor law, with strong skills in negotiation and mediation to resolve complex disputes effectively.

Exceptional consultation and influencing skills to engage various stakeholders within the organization.
Additionally, you should be able to build trust at all organizational levels through courageous authenticity.
