Support HR with employee engagement, manage employee council and socials, handle HR admin tasks, and process payroll for multiple locations.
We are seeking for a People & Payroll Administrator with 1-2 years experience of HR to join our established team.
The Role:
People
- Support Head of HR in any employee engagement activities
- Run and manage employee council
- Manage and help run socials
- Support and co-ordinate employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support all UK Questel employees
HR
- HR Administration including management of employee files, making sure they’re up to date
- Assisting with amendments to HR templates and policies
- Assisting with GDPR activities
- Supporting benefit administration
- Monitor and track probationary periods and appraisals
Payroll
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain payroll records, employee data, and related documentation
- Collaborate with payroll provider and Finance teams to reconcile payroll discrepancies
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits or internal reporting
