Our People team blends a multitude of skills within organisational development, strategic empowerment of our leaders, People operations, internal communication & culture, employee branding, people enablement/engagement initiatives and total rewards. ABOUT THE ROLE
As part of the People team at Trustly, you will play a pivotal role in driving the People and Culture strategy across our operations. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to provide HR expertise, guide employee-related matters, and champion initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role will involve both day-to-day HR activities, such as assisting with operational organisational changes, maintaining employee records and HR systems, ensure compliance in our employee policies and support all our employees on different topics. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can influence positive change.

The position is based in our London office.

What you'll do

  • Assist in HR operations initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process optimization, and people policies, to drive business success
  • Employee relations: Serving as a first point of contact for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed, and helping to maintain a positive culture
  • Administration: Managing and maintaining employee records, both physical and digital, and managing  administrative tasks such as answering incoming HR tickets and ensure or HR system and data are up to date
  • Performance and development: Assisting with performance review cycles and helping to implement HR policies and initiatives
  • Culture and engagement:  Supporting and promoting employee well-being
  • Maintain strong relationships with unions, ensure compliance and have a good understanding of employment law
  • Support in day to day HR operations topics and give guidance on topics such as labor law, employee development, people management and change management

Who you are

  • A proactive, people-centric professional with 3-5 years of experience in HR or business development roles focused on people operations within fast-paced, growing organizations
  • Excellent problem-solver, able to anticipate challenges and resolve them proactively, while effectively prioritizing your workload
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build strong relationships 
  • Solution-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, always looking for ways to drive positive outcomes
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities, keeping a clear focus on delivering impactful results
  • Adaptable and resilient, you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy the challenge of developing creative solutions to attract and retain top talent
