What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for a proactive People Partner to join our team, supporting our high-performing Central Functions Teams in London. You’ll work closely with the Head of People/Lead People Partner to deliver a great employee experience, championing our culture, values, and ways of working.
Act as a trusted first point of contact for managers and employees, providing first-line support and strengthening managerial effectiveness
Support and coach managers through ER, helping them build confidence in handling cases effectively and autonomously
Use People data and insights to help identify and recommend proactive solutions
Support the Lead People Partner/Head of People on initiatives related to performance management, learning & development, wellbeing, and inclusion
Support the delivery of key people programs and cyclical processes
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a People Partner, ideally in a fast-paced, environment and supporting Commercial and Central Functions (e.g. Finance, Compliance, Marketing and Growth)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - calm under pressure and confident advising managers
Good understanding of UK employment law and HR policies
Experience in contributing to broader people initiatives such as performance management, engagement cycles and management training
Resilient, solutions-focused, and motivated to grow and develop within a supportive team

Interview Process
First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner
Second stage: Interview Lead People Partner
Third stage: Task and follow up interview, ideally in person
