YOUR ROLE

As a People Partner for our Revenue (Sales) team, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our sales leaders and team members across multiple regions. You'll shape and support people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and development in a high-growth, target-driven environment. Your deep understanding of UK and US employment law—alongside working knowledge of France and Germany—will ensure compliant and consistent people practices across our global footprint.

YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES

  • Partner with Sales Leadership – Build strong relationships with our Sales and SDR leaders, providing guidance on org design, talent planning, performance, and engagement.
  • Drive People Projects – Lead and support initiatives across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding and development to retention and offboarding.
  • Manage Complex Employee Relations – Handle sensitive issues (e.g. performance, grievance, disciplinary) with empathy, speed, and compliance.
  • Champion Legal Compliance – Advise on employment law in the UK and US, with additional support for France and Germany, ensuring processes are legally sound and locally relevant.
  • Support Change & Growth – Help scale teams and implement change initiatives in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
  • Upskill Managers – Coach sales managers on effective leadership, feedback, and people management.
  • Enhance Employee Experience – Act on engagement feedback, support DEI efforts, and help create a high-performing, inclusive culture.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Experience – 5+ years in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment—preferably in tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Sales-Focused Partnership – Experience partnering with commercial teams (Sales, SDR, RevOps), understanding their pace, pressures, and motivations.
  • Employment Law Knowledge – Strong expertise in UK, French, Germany and US employment law.
  • ER Expertise – Comfortable managing a wide range of employee relations issues with professionalism and consistency.
  • Business Acumen – Ability to align people strategies with team and business goals.
  • Communication & Influence – Confident communicator who can build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Pragmatic & Solutions-Oriented – Focused on finding practical, scalable solutions that balance people and business needs.
  • Team Player – Collaborative, low-ego, and energised by helping others succeed.
