*Please note the right person will have proven experience as a People Partner / HRBP supporting Tech and Product teams. 

What you’d work on!

  • Strategic Business Partnering – working closely with Tech, Product, Finance, and Legal leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and OKRs, ensuring teams are structured for growth and innovation. 
  • Driving Business Transformation – providing HR leadership during periods of organizational change, including technology adoption, process improvements, and cultural shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement. 
  • Talent & Workforce Planning – partnering with the Tech Recruiter and leadership teams to identify skill gaps, support workforce planning, and drive talent development initiatives for a future-ready organization. 
  • Performance & Leadership Development – supporting managers to set clear performance expectations, conduct calibrated performance reviews, and enhance leadership capabilities. 
  • Culture & Engagement – implementing people strategies that enhance employee engagement, team collaboration, and innovation, ensuring a culture where top talent thrives. 
  • Employee Relations & Manager Enablement – providing empathetic, proactive guidance to managers on people challenges, upskilling them to handle issues effectively while ensuring a positive employee experience. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – leveraging people analytics to identify trends, inform strategy, and present key insights to leadership for continuous improvement. 
  • Global & Regulated Environments – supporting teams across multiple geographies, balancing business agility with compliance in regulated financial environments. 

As a Senior People Partner, you will have:

  • Regulated Environment Experience – comfortable navigating HR within financial or regulated industries would be a bonus.
