About the Role

As People Operations Specialist, you’ll help shape the employee experience from day one — ensuring smooth HR processes while transforming our People team’s SharePoint into a go-to hub for engaging, accessible resources. You’ll also play a key role in updating our employee handbook and policies to reflect our values and evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and improving employee lifecycle processes — including onboarding, performance, benefits, leave, and offboarding

  • Crafting clear, engaging internal communications using Microsoft 365 tools
  • Supporting culture initiatives — including events, wellbeing, and recognition activities
  • Supporting HR operations — acting as the first point of contact for day to day employee queries, managing people data, admin tasks, and updating the employee handbook and policies

About You

You’re confident using HRIS and Microsoft 365 tools, and passionate about building a positive, inclusive company culture. You take pride in streamlining operations, producing engaging content, and making policies and resources more accessible and meaningful.
