We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented People Shared Services Specialist to join our People team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to employees and managers, managing People processes effectively, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for supporting employee experiences.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.


About The Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and programs
  • Provide support in areas such as onboarding, benefits administration and employee relations
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Manage employee processes within company and departmental procedures, including relocations, internships, and visas for foreign employees
  • Optimize onboarding operations to accommodate organizational growth, ensuring employees receive clear and comprehensive information
  • Work on automating solutions and creating standardizations in HR processes to align with scaling needs
  • Collaborate with People team members to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of People policies & procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.



For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $70,000 - $95,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations
