Superside is seeking an organized and detail-oriented People Ops Specialist to join our People Experience team. At Superside, we’re on a mission to build the best creative service in the world while creating more equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work.


As part of our People Experience function, the People Ops team plays a vital role in enabling a seamless and delightful experience for all Supersiders. This role focuses heavily on onboarding, offboarding, process optimization, and systems management. Your work will ensure that Supersiders are empowered to thrive by keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Manage Supersider contracts and statements of work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring seamless transitions for all Supersiders.
  • Serve as an admin for our HR systems, keeping data updated and systems optimized.
  • Administer health insurance and background checks for new hires and existing team members.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity across people operations.
  • Build and deliver insightful reports based on people data, addressing key questions for leadership.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, managing calendars and liaising with speakers.
  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards for the People Experience team.
  • Organize monthly company-wide town halls, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain and improve Zapier automations to enhance process efficiency.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows simultaneously.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining data quality and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and responsive approach to collaboration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and advanced level of proficiency in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience using Slack or similar instant messaging tools in a professional setting.
  • Previous exposure to remote work environments, ideally supporting a global and high-volume workforce.
  • Experience with Zapier and automation tools is a strong plus.
