What you’ll do

You'll be responsible for supporting our London office and ensuring smooth People Operations processes. Your key tasks will include:

  • Ensure the accuracy of all employment documents and payroll inputs
  • Update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are consistent with any changes in legislation and best practices
  • Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, oversee benefits management, and handle visa application processes.
  • Manage and update the internal database and HRIS to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
  • Generate various reports and participate in compensation and benefits projects, providing insights and support.
  • Participate in HR projects, including events management and broader people operations initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, assist new joiners, and support local staff with office administration and management.

  • A strong interest in the HR domain with a generalist focus
  • Holds solid theoretical understanding of HR best practices
  • Studies or certifications in HR-related fields
  • Solid understanding of relevant labor legislation and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • A commitment to integrity and dependability
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

  • Maintaining precise employment records and ensuring HR policies comply with legislation.
  • Smooth management of on-boarding, off-boarding, and benefits processes.
  • Keeping the HRIS and internal databases updated and accurate.
  • Contributing effectively to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Serving as a reliable point of contact and support for staff and visitors.
