Attio is on a mission to redefine CRM for the AI era.

We’re building the first AI-native CRM — designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams. We recently announced our $52M Series B, led by GV (Google Ventures), with support from Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A. Our team thrives on solving complex technical challenges, delighting our users, and setting a new standard for the industry.

What you'll do
  • Enable People Operations at scale: Be a key enabler of the systems, processes, and operational backbone that support Attio as we double headcount over the next 12 months — and continue to scale ambitiously thereafter — ensuring growth is smooth, compliant, and sustainable.

  • Enable seamless onboarding and offboarding globally: Support and continuously improve end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences that are consistent, compliant, and high-quality across regions.

  • Enable and optimise People systems: Play a key role in enabling and improving our core People tooling (including HiBob, Ashby, Sequoia and Carta), ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and automation that reduces manual work and friction.

  • Partner closely with Finance on payroll and operations: Act as a trusted partner to Finance to support payroll inputs, PTO administration, and operational workflows, strengthening cross-functional collaboration.

  • Enable pragmatic multi-jurisdiction compliance: Support People Ops compliance across regions (UK & Ireland, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and the US), balancing local requirements with simple, scalable global processes.

  • Enable employees through trusted HR support: Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day People Ops and HR queries, providing clear, timely, and pragmatic guidance.

  • Drive automation, clarity, and operational excellence: Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and scale workflows, documentation, and playbooks as the business grows.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enable growth: Work closely with People, Talent, Finance, Legal, and leaders across the business to ensure People Operations remains aligned and enabling as Attio evolves.

What you’ll bring

Experience, Skills & Behaviours

  • Strong People Ops and HR foundations: Hands-on experience across core HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

  • Growth-stage and multi-geo experience: Experience supporting teams in high-growth, multi-jurisdiction environments where processes evolve quickly.

  • Systems and process fluency: A proven ability to enable, optimise, and scale People Ops systems and workflows.

  • Ownership mindset: Comfortable taking responsibility, working independently, and seeing initiatives through collaboratively.

  • Pragmatic, people-first approach: Warm, collaborative and practical — able to balance empathy with operational rigour.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and change: Confident navigating evolving priorities and making progress without perfect information.

  • Simplicity over Ceremony: We favour pragmatic solutions over over-engineered processes.

  • Enablement First: People Ops exists to enable teams and help the business move faster.

  • Room to Grow: There’s significant scope for increased ownership and impact as the People function continues to mature.

We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. If you’re excited by the role but don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you.
