The Role
We are looking for a proactive and process oriented People Operations Manager to help lead the development of our internal people operations including employee lifecycle, engagement, products and payroll.
- Employee lifecycle: Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including performance management, payroll, and time-off requests.
- Culture: developing our unique culture and build systems that improve employee experience and support our people strategy in 2025.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and other rules and regulations across Europe, US & India.
- Benefits and compensation: Benefit and compensation administration, including payroll and benefits.
- Product Development: Review, develop and manage our people products to build automations, educate the People Team and streamline our processes.
Requirements
- Experience in People Operations in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Data oriented with the ability to make insight driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and world class organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good project management skills and demonstrable ability to implement initiatives in complex environments.
- Ability to adapt to different cultural contexts and work effectively in a global team.
