Your Mission

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to spearhead all HR operational processes and support management with all things people.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Business Partner based in London, you will be providing hands-on support with general people operations across the EMEA & APAC region.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage employee relations cases by providing guidance to line managers on procedures and implementing proactive measures to foster a positive workplace environment
  • HR lead for the auditing process
  • Partner with both the business and our Talent Acquisition team on talent needs
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process, coming up with recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with our agile team and senior people operations business partner on cultural enhancement, events and engagement activities
  • Responsible on all employee and company-initiated relocations, working closely with our global mobility specialist
  • Maintaining our HRIS system with new joiners, leavers, and employee changes timely and ensuring accuracy
  • Primary point of contact for parental leave requests, guiding both employees and management through the process
  • Oversee and administer the payroll process

Office Responsibilities

  • Manage the relationship with the building management team, working with them on maintenance, repairs and improvements
  • Ownership of office lease, supplies, stationary, groceries, watering plants and general cleanliness
  • Handle all postage and courier enquieries
  • Keep up to date with health & safety standards
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR
  • Employment law and regulations knowledge (international experience is a plus)
  • Good business partnership skills
  • Flexible attitude to adapt to requirements to keep up with rapidly developing company
  • A strategic and continuous improvement mindset
