We are searching for a high performing People Operations Associate to support and strengthen the employee experience at Caseware. You will help us develop best-in-class processes and ensure our employees know they’re our most valuable asset. Supporting all aspects of the People Operations function, you’ll have the opportunity to support a variety of functions – from day-to-day activity to larger projects and initiatives.

 

❗ This role open to UK residents within a commutable distance of Maidstone, Kent. It is a hybrid role with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Participate in the employee life cycle journey from new hire experience to offboarding (e.g. process through our human resources information systems (HRIS) as well as support with employee inquiries and employee experience) 
  • Being a part of the People Operations team and provide solutions to employees for HR-related queries or issues such as employment verifications, vacation questions, policy questions 
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging systems and tools to automate and eliminate manual work where possible. 
  • Document and maintain employee files to ensure local and global compliance; ensuring files are maintained accordingly for weekly and monthly reporting 
  • Collaborating and supporting the general operations of the People Operations Department 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize the annual company Kick-Off and the bi-annual company meetings. 
  • Be the lead and first point of contact for Caseware’s global culture initiatives: Owning and building Caseware social events globally as well as local social events in our Maidstone office
  • Office management: Ensuring office facilities run smooth and maintaning contact with external contract facilities support

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role – preferably within the UK market 
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or above) is an asset but not required 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and juggle priorities
  • Self-starter, resourceful, and proactive
  • Solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications skills; ability to thrive in a global organization
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for people and continuous improvement. 
  • Passion and agility to work in an entrepreneurial, technology and KPI-driven organization
