You're a detail oriented, employee-centric people operations professional, with a well rounded experience, and a curiosity to learn more. You'll thrive on providing an excellent level of support for stakeholders encompassing a whole range of topics that help employees feel empowered, recognised and connected across the company. You can take initiative, drive home projects and juggle competing demands with ease. You'll be a key driver of internal engagement, and awareness of Flagstone's EVP, taking an active role in championing Flagstone as an employer of choice.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and continuously seeking improvements in workflows, system communications, and user experience.
- Manage the probation process, tracking feedback for new joiners, and reporting on the quality and effectiveness of probation outcomes.
- Oversee visa applications and renewals for international employees, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and communication.
- Execute end-to-end onboarding for new starters, from contracts to inductions and the New Joiner Day, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience, running sessions for both employees and manager where appropriate.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and surveys, and liaise with Business IT to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support the administration of our reward and benefits strategy, overseeing membership, managing monthly payroll variables and ensuring accurate data entry for UK, Jersey, and Ireland payrolls.
- Measure and report on People analytics, providing actionable data that informs our People strategy through regular reporting back of insights to the People team.
- Collect, analyse, and act on feedback to measure cultural indicators, suggesting actions that drive meaningful improvements over the whole employee life cycle.
- Champion company-wide mental well-being initiatives, actively promoting a culture of support.
What you’ll bring:
- A broad knowledge of UK and Jersey employment legislation
- Stakeholder management
- An 'agile HR' mindset
- Experience and enthusiasm for diving into people analytics
- Comfortable contributing to employee relations initiatives
- Experience with payroll and/or visa processes is a plus
