- Case advisory: Manage a caseload of People queries and cases, providing clear, practical guidance and ensuring timely, well-documented outcomes.
- Employee relations support: Advise managers on wellbeing, performance, disciplinaries and grievances, applying sound judgement and escalating complex matters appropriately.
- Operational delivery & administrator support: Partner with the People Administrator to keep day-to-day People Operations running smoothly, providing cover and hands-on support across core processes as needed.
- International process embedding: Support the documentation and embedding of international People processes where required, ensuring clarity and consistency across locations.
- Data, systems & reporting: Maintain accurate records in People systems, handle data with confidentiality, and support operational reporting and insights that inform improvements.Bullet Point
