Job Description

The Talent Experience Specialist will take ownership of the employee journey from onboarding to ongoing engagement. You will map out each stage of the employee lifecycle, assess engagement touchpoints, and identify opportunities for improvement based on data insights and feedback. Working closely with People Partners, department leaders, and senior leadership, you will propose, design, and project manage enhancements that align with our objectives and values.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR, employee experience, project management, or a related field, with a proven record of designing and implementing employee engagement programs.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights. Familiarity with data visualization and HR analytics tools is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering on timelines and objectives.

  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, and best practices in employee engagement.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Skilled at building relationships across teams to foster a cohesive and aligned employee experience strategy.
