The People & Culture Manager will oversee all aspects of the people function, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and development to enhance workplace culture.
We are doubling our team and building the culture infrastructure to support that growth without losing what makes the company special. You will own the people function end to end, from talent and onboarding through to engagement, development, and the day-to-day experience of working at Natter.
