Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently looking for an enthusiastic People and Culture Intern to join the Team!
What you will do
The P&C Intern is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the office and provides clerical support to the department. This position responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you bring
Excellent interpersonal skills and care to work with cross-functional teams
Outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
Accuracy and well developed organizational skills
Strong work ethic and confidentiality
Advanced computer skills
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language.

Schedule & Hours:
This position is full time and available from January 2026, for six months. Successful candidates must hold legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
