About you 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Director for our London studio to lead and develop our people strategy. You will be responsible for driving the following aspects of HR, including but not limited to; organisational design, onboarding, employee relations, learning and development, our DE&I drive, international mobility, partnering with WPP on strategic people initiatives, projects, and goals, and fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will work closely with senior management and the rest of our People team to ensure our people practices align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
