Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer (CPO), you’ll also lead a dedicated People & Culture Specialist, supporting you in delivering impactful HR initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and is passionate about driving growth, engagement, and culture from within.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach leaders to strengthen their leadership capabilities and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
  • Lead the delivery of a high-impact P&C service by driving new initiatives and continuously optimizing strategies, processes, and systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Serve as the key P&C project lead for the successful transition to our new payroll provider. With the go-live set for 1 October 2025, and transition of current benefits. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, on-time implementation.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with our external payroll partner, ensuring all compliance standards are met.
  • Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance of employee records, reports, and documentation in alignment with UK employment regulations.
  • Drive the development, implementation, and regular review of internal HR policies and personnel guidelines, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal standards.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to the People & Culture Specialist reporting into you, helping them grow and thrive in their role.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a focus on People & Culture (or equivalent relevant education).
  • Proven experience in progressive P&C roles—ideally within a mid-sized, international organization.
  • A solid grasp of all core HR disciplines, from employee relations to talent development and organizational design.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective, practical HR solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to balance the needs of your stakeholders with broader organizational goals.
  • A structured, analytical mindset combined with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident communicator, able to influence and engage across all levels of the business—from team members to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • A high level of ownership, reliability, and commitment to excellence in everything you do.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and solid experience with payroll processes is essential.

We value open, honest communication, celebrate new ideas, and believe in showing up for one another—whether it’s tackling big projects or lending an ear for the small stuff.

If you're looking for your next career move in a role where you can make a real impact, contribute to shaping a strong people-first culture, and grow alongside a team that truly values collaboration, we’d love to meet you.
