About the Role

As a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people, leaders, and People & Culture (P&C) Business Partners to drive a high-performing, engaged, and thriving team culture. No two days are the same – you’ll be the go-to advisor for team leaders, a key player in employee engagement initiatives, and a champion for HR best practices that make ROLLER an amazing place to work.

This is a hybrid role, requiring regular presence in our London office to support our growing UK-based team.

What You’ll Do
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide first-line HR guidance to Team Leaders and managers across performance management, engagement, and development.
  • Partner with Purpose: Collaborate with the P&C BP to align HR programs with business goals and build leadership capability across the business.
  • Champion Employee Relations: Support employee relations cases with sound advice and documentation, promoting a fair and positive workplace.
  • Drive Performance & Development: Help run performance reviews, analyze trends, and identify development opportunities and succession planning insights.
  • Support Change & Growth: Assist with organizational change, including restructures and culture-building initiatives, ensuring people are informed and engaged.
  • Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk: Maintain up-to-date policies in line with UK employment law and company standards.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and report on people metrics to help shape strategic HR decisions.
  • Enhance Employee Experience: Help run employee engagement surveys, DEI programs, wellness initiatives, and recognition activities that make ROLLER a place where people love to work.
About You
  • You’ve got 5+ years of hands-on HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global or scaling tech environment.
  • You’re confident advising leaders on people matters and coaching them through performance and development conversations.
  • You understand UK employment law and can navigate sensitive employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.
  • You’re a clear communicator, organized, and action-oriented – someone who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic team.
  • You genuinely care about creating great experiences for employees and believe in the power of culture to drive business success.

    You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
  2. Interview with the Hiring Manager
    You'll get to meet with the hiring manager to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
  3. Loop Interviews
    This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a 'vibe check' on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
  4. Offer
