We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive People Coordinator to join our dynamic People Team. This is a critical role that supports the smooth running of our people operations across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and more.

You’ll work at the heart of the People function, helping maintain best-in-class processes and employee experiences while supporting a variety of areas such as learning & development, employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and systems.

Burson employs over 450 people in the UK, and our stunning Southwark offices run over two floors as part of the larger WPP Campus, Rose Court. What you'll do:

  • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and probation tracking to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
  • Support on updating and raising fixed term contract end dates and extensions
  • Manage recruitment administration including role requisitions, freelancer onboarding via YunoJuno, and reporting.
  • Support payroll input by preparing and maintaining accurate starter, leaver, and change data.
  • Maintain and update employee records across HR systems (Workday and Unity) and ensure file accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits including processing changes, managing invoices, and resolving queries.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms (Workday, Unity, Teamseer, YunoJuno, etc.).
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering great employee experiences and supporting a collaborative team environment.
