Are you ready to lead and deliver impactful HR services in a dual capacity? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to take on a unique hybrid role, combining the strategic influence of an HR Business Partner with the operational leadership of a Shared Services Manager.

As the HR Business Partner and Shared Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape across the organisation. This is a dynamic position where you will:

  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

  • Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team, ensuring efficient delivery of core HR KPIs and SLAs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to design and implement strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organisational change projects.

  • Champion continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging technology and data to enhance service delivery and decision-making.

  • Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, employment law, and best practices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence and shape the people agenda.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Shared Services team, ensuring accurate, efficient, and customer-focused HR service delivery.

  • Analyse HR metrics and insights to inform strategies that support business priorities.

  • Lead projects to streamline and enhance HR processes, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.

  • Act as an escalation point for sensitive or complex HR issues, providing solutions that align with organisational values and goals.
