About The Role

We are seeking People Analytics Insight Specialist to join the People Analytics & Data team here at Haleon!

In this role, you will work with the People Data & Analytics team and cross-functionally to create people analytics insights and recommendations to support the decision-making as part of strategic HR initiatives within talent management, learning, leadership development, performance, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion etc. Leveraging your analytical and storytelling skills, you will translate complex people and business data findings into actionable insights and interventions that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their key business questions related to the workforce.
  • Define relevant research criteria, formulate hypothesis to be tested and do external research to compare to internal findings to inform the design of the work.
  • Bring together the relevant people data and ensure it is complete, accurate, consistent and managed ethically and responsibly as per the data privacy procedures and processes (e.g. GDPR).
  • Leverage statistical techniques such as regression modelling and analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis etc. to derive meaningful conclusions, recommendations and interventions.
  • Communicate the results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data and analysis into clear and compelling story.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential

  • Experience in people analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of working with people and business data and delivering data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Experience in doing external research around key HR topics to support project work
  • Good understanding of statistical concepts, including regression modelling and analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis etc. and experience with data visualisations
  • Experience using statistical software and / or programming languages (e.g. R, Python or/and SQL to query data bases etc.)

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s in a field such as HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, data scientists and business stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking, with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
