  • Manage more complex ER cases with the support of the People Partner.
  • Provide necessary training and feedback to managers on people processes.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating people policies to ensure ongoing legal compliance and best practice.

People Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to designated client groups within MVF, drawing on support and guidance from your People Partner when needed.

  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and leaver administration.

Learning and Development
  • Own the planning and scheduling of the annual People training calendar, balancing internal delivery with external provision.
  • Manage Docebo (our E-learning platform), to ensure all employees are compliant with mandatory training. This will include updating existing e-learning modules and working with the People Partners to develop new modules where required.
  • Help source, brief, and manage relationships with external L&D providers and facilitators.
  • Design and deliver own training sessions on core People topics (e.g. manager essentials, policy updates, employment law awareness) to build internal capability.
  • Assist in the coordination and delivery of internal training events run by others across MVF.
  • Contribute to assessment processes for internal developmental programmes.
  • Gather and act on feedback to continuously improve the training calendar's relevance and impact.

People Operations
  • Work closely with the People Coordinator, supporting them with administrative tasks including employee letters, HRIS updates, right to work checks etc.
  • Oversee the development of functionality in HiBob (our HRIS), supported by the People Coordinator.
  • Support the People Coordinator with TriNet and other Employer of Record (EOR) systems for our US and APAC populations.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process automation through AI or utilising our systems.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure operational compliance for standard employment processes like right-to-work checks and visa renewals.
  • Generate high-level monthly reports and manage data integrity.
  • Handle employee data in line with MVF's data protection obligations.

What Success Looks Like
  • Proactive problem-solving rather than reactive troubleshooting.
  • Positive feedback and high satisfaction from client groups.
  • Timely resolution of employee relations casework.
  • A well-run, well-received annual training calendar.
  • Successful KPI and SLA achievement by the People Coordinator.

Our Ideal MVFer

  • Experience managing Learning & Development programmes, including coordinating with and managing external facilitators/providers, budget tracking, and ideally some exposure to LMS/e-learning platform administration.
  • Confident designing and facilitating People training sessions.
  • Experience working with or supporting US and/or EMEA teams, ideally including exposure to Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements.
  • Experience working with HiBob HRIS is preferable but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
