Who we are:
The Payroll team run the day-to-day tasks for EMEA payrolls.  We are a team of seasoned payroll professionals, happy to teach all the fundamentals of payroll from concepts to processing and best practices.  The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Primary contact for all employee payroll issues raised via our internal ticketing system.
  • Research, analyze and resolve payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Cross train with partnering payroll specialist(s) to ensure business continuity.
  • Partner with People, Benefits and Compensation teams to understand and support current processes.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate payroll results in 7 countries.
  • Stay current on statutory and regulatory changes impacting payroll via continuing education opportunities.
  • Manage time to execute all tasks accurately and timely.
  • Streamline and automate manual tasks by leveraging current systems in place.
  • Successfully complete data entry responsibilities.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Document processes.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Perform job duties as part of a team.
Who you are:
  • Exposure to Workday HCM/CloudPay Payroll is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Fundamental payroll and tax knowledge.
  • Analytical skills and ability to perform detailed, payroll calculations.
  • Critical thinking skills to resolve issues or improve processes.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressures.
  • Possess an aptitude for customer service.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and learn quickly.
  • Proficient communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Drive to learn and be a part of a dynamic team.
