Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for our UK & Ireland market. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and provide exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and oversee in-house payroll operations.
  • Coordinate and manage outsourced payroll services.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll records.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
  • Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
  • Support and develop the payroll team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management with strong experience in auditing and compliance. 
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
