Tasks
* Enter and validate daily working hours in payroll systems
* Review punches, breaks, overtime, and anomalies with strong attention to detail
* Resolve clocking errors and payroll discrepancies
* Process holidays, sick leave, and additional payments accurately
* Prepare and send daily, provisional, and final payroll reports within strict deadlines
* Ensure workers are paid correctly and on time
* Liaise with internal teams and client stakeholders on payroll-related queries
* Monitor regulatory thresholds (e.g. tenure-based pay adjustments) and ensure correct pay rates
* Maintain clean, accurate, and auditable payroll records
Requirements
* Experience in payroll, workforce administration, or finance operations
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong process discipline
* Comfortable working with payroll systems and operational reports
* Clear written communication in English
