This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in our London office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as a Payroll Assistant

You will be processing and collating payroll data & assisting with end of month payroll reconciliations. One of your main responsibilities will be processing and liaising with accounts payable regarding payment & creating ad-hoc reports when they are requested and preparing/maintaining accurate reports of payroll transactions.

You’ll receive a competitive salary of up to £38,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

• Calculate statutory payments
• Act as a first point of contact for Payroll & Benefit queries
• Provide a comprehensive support to employees with payroll enquires
• Act as the point of contact and subject-matter expert for all payroll, queries from employees and HR
• Work closely with the team to ensure processing accuracy and data integrity
• Support with the PSA process

What you’ll bring to the role

You will already have a knowledge of statutory payments and strong Excel experience to include VLOOKUP's and pivot tables, plus:

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Accuracy with record keeping and reconciliation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organisation.
