We are searching for a talented and motivated Payroll Specialist to join our EMEA payroll team. You will support the coordination and processing of the monthly payrolls in several EMEA locations.

Your future role within QRT:

  • Prepare the monthly payroll submissions for the UK, Denmark, Poland and UAE (with plans to take on additional jurisdictions in the future)
  • You will work across HR, Benefits and Compensation teams, bringing together datasets to form our payroll inputs.
  • Reviewing output payroll data and liaising with our payroll partners to perform any corrections that may be needed.
  • Building rigorous processes to deliver a compliant, correct and on time payroll.
  • Helping build documentation to support our payroll growth (Confluence).
  • Reviewing the monthly and annual payroll reports to ensure compliance with statutory regulations (eg. P60s, P45s, PSA and STBV report)
  • Developing advanced data reconciliation processes to enable accuracy and compliance
  • Keeping up to date with legislative changes within the industry
  • Answering day-to-day employee payroll queries
  • Supporting QRT’s move to integrated payroll over the next 12 months.
  • Assisting in projects for automation and payroll process improvement

 Your present skillset:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables etc)
  • Several years experience in the end-to-end processing of payrolls
  • Good knowledge of expatriate and cross border worker payroll
  • CIPP qualified preferred
  • Knowledge of Workday (reporting, payroll integrations etc) is a major plus
