Job Description

The Payouts Assistant role aims to provide the best customer service in the competitive finance market, manage incoming payout requests in the most efficient way, and provide checking and monitoring functions to Client Services Department.  

  • Perform systematic document checks of loan documentation 
  • Produce final payout packs for our Finance team 
  • Follow up with and inform colleagues on the progress of payouts 
  • Ensure all credit conditions requested by underwriters are met 
  • Check bank details and finance clearance on vehicles 
  • Adhere to general regulatory and internal compliance 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus 
  • Hard-working with excellent organisation skills 
  • Initiative to solve problems and adapt quickly 
  • Proactive and eager to take on new challenges 
  • Accurate data input and error-checking 
  • Experience in the auto finance industry  
  • Experience of sales admin/client services/sales support/account management/operations within the financial services arena  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, would be a plus
