With over $400M raised from multiple tier-one investors, our innovative technology provides a comprehensive solution for managing global workforces, encompassing everything from hiring and onboarding to managing and paying employees in over 160 countries.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer who knows the payments space inside out - cross-border, payroll, stablecoins, crypto, compliance, and B2B fintech. You’ll craft content that explains how global money movement really works—and why Papaya’s technology is changing it.

You know how to make complex financial topics simple, credible, and compelling for CFOs, treasurers, and fintech buyers. You write with authority, clarity, and speed.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Create sharp, high-impact content—from thought leadership to campaign copy to sales enablement
  • Develop stories around global payments, digital currencies, and workforce finance innovation
  • Collaborate with product, demand gen, and brand to align content with business goals
  • Build and manage a strategic content calendar focused on payments trends and campaign priorities
  • Work with SMEs to produce credible, insight-driven content on compliance, FX, and treasury operations
  • Drive consistent, confident messaging across all touchpoints

This role is for a writer who wants to shape how the world thinks about workforce payments and the future of global money movement. Your writing will drive real influence—fueling pipeline, positioning, and brand leadership.

Important: Please include your content portfolio or writing samples with your application – show us your best work!

  • Deep understanding of B2B payments, fintech, cross-border payroll, and digital assets
  • 4+ years in enterprise content marketing or fintech writing
  • Proven ability to create content across formats—blogs, reports, decks, ads, and more
  • Crisp, confident writing style with business fluency
  • Ownership mindset—comfortable leading projects end-to-end
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, and feedback-friendly
  • Experience using AI tools to boost productivity
