Job Description
Join our dynamic Business Management team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing global payments infrastructure!
As a Payments Business Manager - Associate within the Finance and Business Management team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of global payments infrastructure. You will support business leads in analyzing financial performance and assist in providing insights on revenue and expense drivers for various products. Job responsibilities

  • Assist in data-driven analysis to support informed decision-making
  • Help prepare management presentations and financial performance reports
  • Support communication of business strategy, performance, and priorities
  • Assist in organizing information and creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis
  • Support product management with ad-hoc analysis


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Similar role within Financial Services
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a willingness to learn
  • Good analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; team player
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior team members
  • Eagerness to develop problem-solving skills and present solutions
