The Payment Support Specialist monitors payment systems, processes payments, analyzes logs, and compiles statistics related to payment methods.

We are on the lookout for a Payment Support Specialist to join our Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the operation of payment systems.
- Support for an information dashboard about payment methods for each geolocation (deposits, withdrawals).
- Enable/disable geo methods in case of problems.
- Processing of outstanding payments by interacting with payment systems.
- Analysis of logs.
- Compilation of statistics on the patency of methods.
Requirements
- Higher education is required (preferably financial/economic).
- Understanding of the work of payment systems.
- Communication skills.
- English from A2 level.
