Proceeding and administration of day-to-day clients’ transactions;
Reporting clients’ transactions;
Daily checking of bank/payment systems statements and balances;
Processing of domestic payments and cross-border payments;
Adding client bonuses and corrections;
Creating and updating manuals and procedures of Payment and Settlement department;
Communicating with partners, banks in dealing with transactions and reporting issues;
Checking and handling of treasury and other transactions and participation in the preparation of financial statements;
Dealing with and monitoring JIRA tickets and sharing with the responsible persons;
Execution of other inter-departmental tasks upon the order of the immediate manager and financial manager;
Advising client support and sales team on clients payment related issues and maintenance of the client orders register and other correspondence; Replacement of other Settlement Specialists and participation in the development of billing products/processes.
Requirements
Education in Finance or Economics. Basic knowledge of financial markets. Good level of written and verbal English. Administration level of computer skills (MS Windows op system), Knowledge of Excel, JIRA Good communication and operation skills Minimum 1-year experience as Payment and Settlement Specialist or similar position.
