The Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Payment Operations Manager to build and manage our payment operations function. We have an established payment operations function in the UK that is growing rapidly. You will be adept at overseeing payment operations, client account reconciliations and be required to work closely with our product team on as we continue to productise our PayOps function. You will need to integrate M&A targets that we acquire, expanding our volume and manage a growing team. You will need to support the development of our US payment operations as we expand geographically. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing payment operations with an intense attention to detail and product-focused mindset to lead on developing this function as we grow.

Requirements
      • Transaction responsibility: You have experience managing high volumes of bank payments and developing processes to track and report on them.
      • Client money: Experience in managing client money accounts, ledger reconciliations, disbursements and other payments.
      • Product mindset: Demonstrate how you have led the improvement and growth of tech-enabled payment functions through product planning and development.
      • Leadership: You have managed a team of associates.
      • Attention to detail: A fastidious attention to perfection in transaction recording and process development.
