Join our Treasury Service (TS) Billing Operations team! Enhance your skills in billing processes, project management, and more.
As a Payment Lifecycle Specialist IV, within our Treasury (TS) Billing Operations team, you'll be expected to learn and be immersed with all the production sub-processes within TS Billing. These productions sub-processes include but are not limited to the following:
• Revenue Feed Management• Billing Set-up and Maintenance• Ledger Adjustments, Write-offs, Cancellations and Refunds• Fee Liquidations• Billing Research and Queries• Project and Change Management
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the systems/applications, processes, and reports used by the team, and their impact on client billing and other departments beyond Billing Operations
- Participate in all required training sessions and apply the learning to enhance job performance
- Deliver work with accuracy, care, and precision, aiming for \"zero defects\" in all processes
- Monitor 100% of incoming communications and requests related to account setup maintenance, exception rates, exception pricing requests, and other billing-related updates
- Consistently adhere to standard operating procedures and policies
- Review personal work and/or the work of others to identify and correct errors, preventing any negative impact on customer billing
- Respond to inquiries and escalations promptly, ensuring timely escalation of issues to management when necessary
- Identify opportunities to maximize results and exceed targets; recommend and implement enhancements and process improvements
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Wholesale Payments and TS Billing is advantageous
- Process and results-oriented, adheres to deadlines, and effectively organizes and prioritizes work
- Advanced attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, quickly adapts to changes in the work environment, and manages competing priorities to achieve optimal results; self-motivated and capable of operating independently
- Works collaboratively, shares information, and communicates effectively with team members, other groups, departmental management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product, including regional contacts
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in mainframe and common PC-based software packages such as MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- College degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Experience in billing operations is preferred
- Ability to interpret billing processes and associated details
